The Claridge Hotel F.A.Q.

  1. What time is hotel check-in?
    You may check in any time after 4:00 p.m. every day.
    – Can I check in early? Early check is based on availability upon your arrival.
  2. What time is hotel check-out?
    Standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m. After you have surrendered your room keys at check-out, you can store your luggage at Bell Services
  3. Can I check out after 11:00 a.m.?
    Late check outs can be requested on the morning of departure. During times of high occupancy, late check outs may not be available. Please call the Hotel Operator on your day of departure to request a late check out.
  4. What forms of I.D. are permitted at The Claridge Hotel?
    A valid state issued ID, military ID, and passport.
  5. What forms of payment are accepted?
    American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  6. What is the minimum age to book a reservation?
    All guests 18 years of age or older to secure a reservation.
  7. The person I’m sharing a room with is arriving before me, can they check in first?
    As long their name is on the reservation they will be permitted to check in. Please be aware that whoever checks in first will be responsible for a hold authorization on a credit card equal to the full amount of the stay plus the $100 security deposit.
  8. What are the parking fees?
    Guests of The Claridge Hotel have the option of both valet parking and self-parking. The parking fee is $15.00 + tax per day for valet and $12+tax for self-parking. The valet parking fee may be paid for up front or charged back to the room and paid at check out. The self-parking fee must be paid immediately upon entering the self-park garage and cannot be charged back to the room. * Parking fees subject to change.
  9. Does the hotel charge a resort fee?
    Yes, The Claridge Hotel charges a resort fee for each night of the reservation. This fee covers all hotel amenities such as pool, arcade, fitness area, in room coffee maker, beach services (in season) and property wide Wi-Fi access. This fee is charged to all guests checking in to the hotel and cannot be waived. The current fee is $18.00 per night.
  10. How late can my reservation be held?
    What is the cancellation policy? Reservations are guaranteed until 12:00 a.m. on your arrival date. If you will be arriving after this time please contacted the hotel to request a late arrival. Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival by 4:00 p.m. Non-canceled reservations will be charged one full night room and tax. Valid cancellation number required for refunds.
  11. Do you have a pool and fitness area?
    Yes, there is an indoor heated pool as well as a fitness area located on the 8th floor. The fitness area contains equipment such as as treadmills, elliptical machine, exercise bicycle and free weights. Use of these facilities is included in the nightly resort fee.
  12. Does the hotel have a spa/Jacuzzi?
    No, there are no spa facilities available in the hotel.
  13. Is there a charge for additional guests in the room?
    Yes, our rates are based on double occupancy. The maximum occupancy for each room is 4 people a charge of $20 is assessed for each additional person.
  14. Does the hotel offer any discounts or packages?

  15. Is there a refrigerator/microwave/coffee maker in the room?
    The hotel provides small refrigerators in each room along with single cup coffee makers. Three K-cups are provided complimentary, additional can be purchased for $2.00 each. Microwaves are not available and cannot be requested.
  16. Does the hotel offer a continental breakfast?
    Breakfast is served daily beginning at 6:30am at The Twenties American Bistro. Sunday Brunch is served every Sunday at VÜE Rooftop Bar and Lounge from 10am – 2pm. The hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast.
  17. Where can I get something to eat?
    The Twenties American Bistro is open daily from 6:30am – 10pm serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The VÜE rooftop bar and lounge is open from 11:30 – 1:00 am on the 23rd floor of the hotel and serves lunch and small plates. Hours can vary based on hotel occupancy.
  18. Is there room service?
    Room service is provided by the Hotel and is available 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  19. Is there a casino in the hotel?
    No, The Claridge Hotel is no longer affiliated with any casino property nor do we have a casino floor for gambling. Should you wish to play in a casino you can take the elevator to the 2nd floor and walk in to Bally’s Casino Hotel for gaming options.
  20. What are the hotel terms and conditions?
    Room rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 14% room tax plus a $1.00 destination fee and resort fee of $18 per day per room. If you alter your arrival/departure date rates are subject to change. Early departures may result in additional fees applied at check out.Reservation guaranteed until midnight (12:00 a.m.) of date of arrival. 48 Hours Cancellation notification required to avoid one night room and tax. No shows will be charged one night room and tax. Valid cancellation number is required for refund. Credit card required at time of check-in for $100 security deposit. No Cash Deposit. Security Deposit hold will release 5-7 business days after check-out. The length of release time is based on your credit card company. Debit cards may take longer to release the hold. Must be 18 years of age to check in and must present valid state issued photo identification. Room location requests (ex. High floor, away from elevator, adjoining rooms etc.) are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis. Each adult guest must be registered with proper identification. Hotel key will be required to access hotel guest elevators. Maximum number of guests in each room is 4 additional costs of $20 per person. Cots available for king bed room types only at an additional charge of $10.00 per day. Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. The Claridge Hotel is a nonsmoking facility. Should there be evidence of smoking in your room you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $400 charged to your account. Parties and excessive noise is prohibited in guest rooms and may result in eviction and additional costs. Groups of 15 rooms or more, please call 1-844-224-7386 and ask for the Hotel Sales Department. Only personal coolers no larger than 12” x 12” will be permitted in the hotel. Excessive amounts of food and beverage may not be brought into the hotel. Any type of alcoholic beverages being transported up to a guest room or suite in excess of two six packs or one or two bottles of alcohol is not permitted. No cases of beer or alcohol will be permitted up to a guest room. Your Email Address may be used by The Claridge – a Radisson Hotel to notify you of Discounts, Promotions, and Internet Only Offers. If you do not wish to receive offers, please notify The Claridge – a Radisson Hotel in writing or Opt Out when you receive an email. The Claridge – a Radisson Hotel will not share any information regarding a customer’s account with vendors outside The Claridge- a Radisson Hotel.
