The region’s top caterer now launches its Atlantic City location at The Claridge Hotel. The iconic landmark hotel reclaims its historic grandeur as the most sought-after place to host a special event.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (October 16, 2014)–The Claridge Hotel, now under new ownership, is excited to announce its partnership with Brûlée Catering as the property’s official event caterer. As Atlantic City is in the midst of reinvention and moving towards becoming a complete entertainment and resort destination, The Claridge Hotel has seized this opportunity to provide a premier event location.

To accommodate this extraordinary partnership, The Claridge Hotel will offer two exquisite ballrooms for special occasions, one of which is oceanfront with breathtaking views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. The Claridge Hotel has also opened its historic Brighton Park for outdoor-tented events and offers the beach for weddings. To help with event planning, The Claridge Hotel and Brûlée Catering has hired Ms. Tricia McNulty, with over six years of experience as a wedding and corporate event planner. She will assist with every detail ensuring that any event hosted at this one-of-a-kind location will be unforgettable.

Brûlée Catering is led by the acclaimed, James Beard Award-winning Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix. Chef Lacroix could be called the father of Philadelphia’s now well-established and ever growing culinary scene. Lacroix honed his craft for two decades as the executive chef of the Four Seasons Fountain Restaurant. He then established his namesake restaurant, Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, before launching Brûlée Catering by Jean-Marie Lacroix. Lacroix develops impressive menus and oversees all aspects of food and beverage. Chef Lacroix works closely with his team of talented chefs to craft exquisite and inventive cuisine, which guests will recall fondly for years.
